The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 89 days days respectively in filing the civil miscellaneous appeals.

2.Though opportunity was given to file counter in both the petitions, no counter has been filed. However, since there is no serious objection for condoning the delay, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the applications are allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order.
