ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3
respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 441, 353, 285, 506(i) IPC in crime No. 210 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, in the Court Hall the petitioners herein and other accused attacked the defacto complainant and also abused him in filthy language. Hence, the case.
3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
4. The allegation in this case is that without even any respect to the Court, after attending the court, within the court premises itself, the accused persons attacked the de fecto complainant and the accused persons also have bad antecedents, this is not a fit for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
