The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to rectify the mistake in the Field Map pertaining to S.F.No.171 covered in Patta No.153, situated at Periyamanjuveli Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District. The petitioner has given representations as early as in 29.06.2016 and recently on 14.03.2025.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations mentioned hereinabove, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law.
