O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the defendant in O.S.No.108 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif, Melur, questioning the return made by the trial Munsif in respect of the Interlocutory Application filed by the petitioner herein.

2. This Court had a look at the grounds of return. The third ground of return is that the petitioner has not even signed in the petition. Therefore, without re-presentating the petition, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable. Liberty is given to the revision petitioner to re-present the papers before the court below. The Registry shall return the original papers filed by the revision petitioner along with the Civil Revision Petition.

3. In the result, this Civil Revision Petitionis dismissed. No costs.
