ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondents herein to not to interfere in the civil disputes in pursuant to the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent on the guise of enquiry.
2.According to the prosecution, the complaint given by the defacto complainant has been enquired and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
