Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the official respondents not to interfere in the Civil disputes and direct the Civil litigants to approach the court of law to redress their grievances based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2020 and 31.08.2020.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the official respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes and direct the civil litigants to approach the court of law to redress their grievances based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2020 and 31.08.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 17.08.2020. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
