When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner is liable to pay a sum of Rs.3,82,720/- towards Co-operative Society loan. After deducting the said amount from her retirement benefits of Rs.14,64,986/-, she is entitled to get a sum of Rs.9,63,758/-. In terms of the said calculation, order has already been passed by the respondents.
