[Judgment of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that after disposal of the writ petition, the appellant has executed a sale deed in favour of the second respondent and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal.

2. This Court has also heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
