Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the incentive payable to the petitioner as per Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter-Caste Marriages according to the application dated 08.06.2018 and to dispose his representation dated 28.06.2021 by the respondents within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Pandian For R-2 to R-4 : Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the incentive payable to the petitioner as per Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter-Caste Marriages according to the application dated 08.06.2018 and to dispose his representation dated 28.06.2021.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the District Collector has considered the petitioner's application and has recommended the petitioner's case to the first respondent through proceedings dated 15.10.2018. 2/5

3. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's case based on the proceedings dated 15.10.2018. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
