O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to complete investigation of the case in Crime No.1 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent and to submit a final report, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in the above referred First Information Report registered in Crime No.1 of 2018, the second respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10002 of 2020 report on 04.04.2019 and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai, in C.C.No.598 of 2019. The said submission is recorded.

3.In the said circumstances, no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
