Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the sureties and condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7406 of 2018, dated 04.06.2018.

2.This Court while granting anticipatory bail, directing the petitioner to surrender before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complainant threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. Therefore, he sought for modification to produce the sureties before

the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri. 3.This Court consider the request made by the petitioner and inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam and produce the sureties within a period of two weeks from today.
