ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to grant necessary police protection for the petitioner's life and limb based on the complaint dated 15.09.2022. 2.Because of the sale agreement issue between the parties, it appears that representation has been made by the petitioner seeking police protection, as if he is facing some life threat at the hands of private respondent.
3.It appears that absolutely, there is no life threat at the hands of the private respondent.
4.In view of the above said issue, the representation made by the petitioner be enquired by the respondent police, by summoning the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 & 5 and dispose the same on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from 2/4
the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
