Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to disburse all the retirement benefits forthwith to the petitioner.

JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing learned counsel for parties, we are of the view that paragraph (9) of the impugned order dated 20.1.2014 contains an error inasmuch as the previous discussion would result in a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(2) direction that the first respondent should issue proper orders keeping in mind similar persons as per G.O.Ms.No.86, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries (FS-V) Department, dated 14.8.2003, instead of G.O.Ms.No.118, dated 14.2.1996.

2. The impugned order is modified to the aforesaid extent and the appeal stands disposed of. The terminal benefits as a result thereof to be remitted to the appellant within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. No costs.
