O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to measure and fix four boundaries and erect boundary stones after conducting survey, based on the petitioner's application, dated 08.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Considering the pendency of the petitioner's application, dated 08.07.2024, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application, on merits and in accordance with law, and if necessary, after giving advance notice to the petitioner as well as neighbouring land owners, who may have a say / objection in the survey proposed. In the event of the 1st respondent requiring any police protection, the 1st respondent shall give advance intimation to the jurisdictional police station, who shall act upon such request by providing adequate police 2/4

protection at the time of survey. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
