This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No. 10010 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 24.11.2025 in CRL.OP(MD).No.10010 of 2025 is relaxed in toto.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 16.04.2026 pal 2/4
