O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, under Section 152 of Co-operative Society Act, 1983, dated 13.07.2018, regarding selection grade salary, as per G.O.No.262(2), dated 21.08.2007.

2. Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes Notice for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2018 is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the Authority concerned is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, under Section 152 of Co-operative Society Act, 1983, dated 13.07.2018, in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with law, regarding selection grade salary, as per G.O.No.262(2), dated 21.08.2007, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of and if there are no legal impediments.
