JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the private parties states that he has no instructions.

The learned counsel for the appellants/State Government submits that the respondents have already been promoted and now the only question to be considered is reckoning of seniority in the promotion cadre. It is stated that this issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and, thus, whatever would be the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court would equally apply to the present case. We take the aforesaid submission on record. These appeals are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. (MD) Nos.9486 and 9487 of 2016 are closed.
