2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the sixth respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a issue between the daughter-in-law and mother-in-law, over the occupation of property. Based on the above said enquiry, the parties were advised to workout their remedy through the civil process. On 13.04.2023, the husband of the petitioner appeared before the Circle Inspector, Elumalai, and had given an undertaking that they will resolve their issue among themselves in the presence of elders. On the basis of the above said undertaking and advice, the above said complaint was closed on 26.11.2023.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 27.04.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Indu To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Madurai District, Madurai.
