The above petition has been filed seeking orders to declare the respondents 7 to 9 as major and discharge their father, the fifth respondent from the guardianship of those respondents in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. The fifth respondent / guardian of the minor respondents 7 to 9 has not turned up and hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4. Considering the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main appeal.

After making amendment, notice is ordered to the respondents 7 to 9 returnable by 02.06.2026. Private Notice is also permitted.
