O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file the final report regarding the case in Crime No.69 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.69 of 2021, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 387 and 506(i) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of one year, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Considering the nature of crime, three months time is granted to complete the investigation and to file Final Report in Crime No.69 of 2021. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
