This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to take action based upon the representation, dated 11.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had made a complaint before the third respondent police on 15.03.2024. He further submitted that after receiving the complaint, even though the third respondent police issued C.S.R.No.95 of 2024, no action has been taken against the accused persons till now and the same is pending without conducting enquiry.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court hereby directs the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
