(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) While dismissing the Writ Appeal at the admission stage having found that the registration of the Power of Attorney document on 23.06.2022 by the respondents 1 to 5, who are the appellants in the W.A.No. 484 of 2023 at Radhapuram is against the provisions of Section 64-A of the 2/5

Registration Act. We had observed that it will be open to the appellants to have the Power of Attorney executed and registered at the proper place. 2.Mrs.T.Kokilavani, learned counsel appearing for the review applicant would seek review of the orders solely on the ground that the appellants in the Writ Appeals had ceased to be the Directors of the review applicant as early as on 01.11.2022.

3.It is made clear that if the respondents 1 to 5 are not Directors as of today, they will not have any right to execute a power as Directors of the applicant / Society. This Review Application is disposed of with the above observation. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (R.S.M., J.)
