This petition is filed to modify the conditions imposed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai, in Crl.MP.No.1078 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 and the petitioner may be directed to report before the respondent police as and when required by the respondent police. 2.This learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai, has granted bail to the petitioners on 26.05.2022 with a condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m for the period of one month and thereafter, once in 15 days on 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month until charge sheet is filed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a college going student and studying 2nd year B.Sc Chemistry at St.Joseph College, Trichy. He is residing at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD)No.10437 of 2022 K.Udaiyanpatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District and respondent police station is situated at around 80 kilometer away from his village. Further, till now, the petitioner is complying the condition without fail. Hence, he come forward with this modification petition and prayed to direct the petitioner to report before the respondent police as and when required by the respondent police.

4.The petitioner may move the concerned Court by setting out the facts and circumstances. Depending upon the outcome of the move, the petitioner may take further action.

5.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
