(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) Considering the prayer and the fact that petitioner is not the original allottee, but a subsequent purchaser from the original allottee, when the Court prodded a bit, Shri.R.Sivakumar, appearing for the Housing Board, stated that without admitting any obligation or liability to petitioner, the Housing Board will measure the boundaries of petitioner's property.

2. Ordered accordingly. While measuring, notice be given to respondents 4 and 5 as well, who may remain present.

3. Counsel for Respondent Nos.4 & 5 states that they shall cooperate with the Housing Board and petitioner for the measurement. 2/4

The measurement be completed within four weeks from today. Petition is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected interim application stands closed.
