RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 20.07.2020 made in Crl.o.P.(MD).No.7148 of 2020, on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.EROTTUSAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.7148 of 2020 dated 20.07.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL.OP.(MD)No.7148 of 2020 dated 20.07.2020, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4632 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.OP.(MD)No.7148 of 2020 dated 20.07.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., weekly thrice i.e., Monday, Wednesday and Friday until further orders.
