2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the prosecution.

3. The quantity of sand involved in this crime is 3 units. Since the large quantity of sand is involved in this Crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
