This petition has been filed to to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 & 5 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to reside in Door No.6.4/179 situated in the property gifted to the fourth respondent to an extent of 60 cents comprised in S.No.595/1 of Arumanai Village, Vilavancode Taluk and allow the petitioner's eldest son and daughter Santhi to enter the dwelling house to care the petitioner by considering her representation, dated 28.05.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 4 & 5 subnmitted that the respondents 4 & 5 have filed an undertaking affidavit that they will not harass the petitioner in future and the operative portion of the above said undertaking affidavit is extracted hereunder:- "3.I submit that wel will not do any kinds of disturb or harass to my mother, the petitioner herein for her 2/4

peaceful life and enjoyment and residing in the abovesaid address till her life."
