O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue notice to the contemnor and punish him for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2174 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor would submit that subsequent to the order of this Court, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.11087 of 2023 seeking orders to direct the Tahsildar to consider his representation for surveying the lands pursuant to the decree obtained by him and a learned Judge of this Court, vide order dated 19.05.2023, has directed the Tahsildar to consider the representation and that in pursuance of the said direction, Tahsildar, Kuzhithalai, has sent a notice that the survey of lands will be taken up on 04.09.2023 and he has also produced the copy of the letter sent by the Tahsildar, Kuzhithalai along with the copies of the photographs taken to show that the respondent police had visited the property in dispute.
