This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.334 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.334 of 2022, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of three months, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and yet to be taken on file. 4.Since Final Report was filed and yet to be taken on file by the concerned Magistrate, nothing survives for further direction in this petition.
