This petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. prayed that this Hon'ble Court me be pleased to AMEND the prayer in the concerned special court mentioned as IIIrd Additional District Judge (PCR Court) Madurai instead of IInd Additional district Judge (PCR Judge), Madurai in the above Crl.OP(MD)No.7931 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020.

This petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. prayed that this Hon'ble Court me be pleased to extend the time for surrender of the petitioners which is already granted direction in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7931 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020.

This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Learned trial Court namely III Additional District Judge (PCR Court), Madurai, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day by considering the relevant circumstances of the case by accepting their surrender.

ORDER:- These Petitions coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. B. Jameelarasu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. V. Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and he has no objection for allowing these petitions. 2.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, Amendment is ordered as prayed for. 3.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order of this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.7931 of 2020, dated 30.07.2020 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
