PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pursuant to the impugned rejection order passed by the 4th respondent in O.Mu.No.2588 / A5 / 2018 dated 30/07/2018 quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to approve the petitioner's appointment as vocational instructor at 5th respondent school and give all other service and monetary benefit from 13/02/2018. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the fourth respondent dated 30.07.2018 wherein the request of the fifth respondent school management to approve the appointment of the writ petitioner as a vocational instructor has been rejected. 2/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has resigned and left the school and in her place, some other teacher has been appointed.

3. In view of the said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. No costs. 16.12.2025 Index :
