ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to comply the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.2544 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit after the above said order that has been passed by the trial Court, the petitioner did not appear before the second respondent Police.

3. It appears that no summon has been issued to the petitioner for appearance.

4. The second respondent is directed to issue summon to the petitioner. The petitioner shall directly appear before the second respondent for enquiry on 08.05.2023 and produce the required documents which are available with him. Depending upon the above said enquiry, further action may be taken by the second respondent or by the petitioner, if he aggrieved.

5. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
