O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other impartial Investigation Agency.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Final Report has been filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Alangudi charging under Section 294(b) and 326 IPC.
3. Since the Final Report has been filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Alangudi, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
