ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 294(b), 498-A, 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.As on date, no First Information Report has been registered. If the First Information Report is registered against the petitioner, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioner to move this Court for the relief.
