ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking the relief to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No. 43 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent, now under investigation by the second respondent.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in the above referred First Information Report registered in Crime No. 43 of 2012, investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed on 03.08.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri.
