annexed to this notice; and the third respondent herein, namely, A.Selvaraj, Reporter, The Times of India, Madurai Edition, is hereby directed to appear in person before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court at 10.30.A.M. on Wednesday, the Twelfth day of September, Two Thousand and Eighteen (12.09.2018) to show cause as to why suo motu criminal contempt proceedings should not be initiated against him for reporting the news item published in The Times of India on 04.09.2018 concerning the matter annexed to this notice; HEREIN FAIL NOT.
