ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.03.2022 and complete the enquiry.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent as against the accused person, but, no further action has been taken. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has issued CSR.No.237 of 2022 and for the same, enquiry is pending. Further, he sought three weeks time to complete the enquiry.

W.P(MD).No.11584 of 2022 4.Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry, complete the same and take suitable action on that complaint, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
