Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in A6/Pdl.30/2009(Tah)-3, dated 6.3.2010 and the consequential rejection of appeal by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Pani. 3(4)/24054/2012 dated 27.3.2015 and quash both as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Tahsildar with effect from 2009 and Deputy Collector for the year 2014 thereby grant all service and monetary benefits within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
