Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.04.2019 and 05.06.2019 made by the petitioner to remove the obstructions of parking vehicle in the place allotted to the petitioner for running a Aavin Milk Booth at Villapuam, Madurai.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.04.2019 and 05.06.2019, to remove the obstructions of parking vehicle in the place allotted to the petitioner for running a Aavin Milk Booth at Villapuam, Madurai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the petitioner, he was granted permission to run an Agency for selling dairy products of Aavin. After obtaining permission from the Public Works Department and Highways Department, he took steps to put up a bunk shop near Cotton Collection Textiles, in Aruppukkottai Main Road. But, the cargo van operators and also a mobile eating shop have parked their vehicles, in front of his shop, thereby, obstructing and disturbing his business. In the above circumstances, he made a representation to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second and third respondents to remove the vehicles parked near the place allotted to him. But, so far, no action has been taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the aforesaid relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending from June, 2019, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent/Inspector of Police, Keeradurai Police Station, Madurai, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the persons, who caused obstruction, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
