O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2024 and take appropriate action against the fourth respondent. 2.According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent in respect of tenancy dispute, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of tenancy. Both the parties lodged complaints against each other. Based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.04.2024, the third respondent issued summons 2/5

twice to the petitioner, but she did not appear. If she appears and cooperates for the enquiry, they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.According to the petitioner, she sent the representation dated 12.04.2024, to the third respondent, but the same has not been considered. The third respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation and submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating for enquiry and he issued summons twice to the petitioner, but she did not appear.

6.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 29.04.2025 for enquiry and thereafter, the third respondent has to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to 3/5

both the parties, in accordance with law.
