ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the FIR in Crime No.782 of 2020 on the file of Inamkulathur Police Station.

2. When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report was originally filed on 30.06.2020 against the petitioners and it has been re-presented under Cr.M.P.No.22182 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Trichy. It is stated that the Judicial Magistrate will take a call today. If the final report filed by the first respondent is accepted, it is open to the petitioners to move this Court again by challenging the final report.
