O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint receipt in CSR.No.178 of 2022, dated 10.08.2022 to any other Police station, which is under the control of the 1st respondent to conduct the further investigation on the complaint.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that in respect of the very same subject matter, another complaint was given before the Inspector of Police, Soolakarai Police Station, that is enquired in CSR No.178 of 2022.

3. During the course of enquiry, it was found that in respect of the above said issue, a suit was also pending before this Court and later it was disposed of, finding that for the very same subject matter, another complaint has been given and the above said complaint was closed. The copy of closure report shall be served upon the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

4. With the above said, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
