ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4898 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025.

2. Mr.K.Sivabalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the 1/3

petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioners have complied with the conditions for nearly 18 days.

4. In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4898 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent-Police weekly twice (i.e., on Sunday and Monday) at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
