3.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, namely, I Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR), Trichy, on all the hearings, without filing an application under Section 355 of BNSS, 2023 (317 of Cr.P.C.,).
