ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Cr.No.595 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police as against the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 27.02.2024 NCC :
