O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to take immediate action upon the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2025 is under the consideration of the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the second respondent has also admitted the receipt of the representation of the petitioner and the same is under enquiry by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of this order. 4. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
