ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl O.P.(MD) No.399 of 2026 dated on 02.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 02.02.2026 and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
