This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass or ill-treat the petitioners on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.07.2021.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent is the owner of the house property situated in Door No.3/4 Ambalakarar Streeet, Villapuram, Maduria City as well as the agriculture property situated in Re.Survey No.542/2, Solavandhan Village, Madurai City. In 2017, there was sale agreement between the parties and the third respondent received Rs.25 lakhs as advance from the petitioner. Balance amount of Rs.5 lakhs was also paid. Later the petitioner requested him to execute sale deed and he refused and taking time. On 16.06.2021, the petitioner requested the third respondent to repay the advance amount of Rs.25 lakhs. The third respondent issued 2 cheques for Rs.10 lakhs each and he has also agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.5 lakhs within a period of 15 days. After that, it appears that the third respondent has given a complaint to the second respondent, based upon which the second respondent has harassed the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.1131 of 2021 and has been closed on 15.07.2021 since there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has been closed, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and the same is disposed of.
