ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in CRL.MP(MD).No. 14686 of 2025 in CRL.OP(MD).No.13319 of 2025 dated 16.10.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the nature of the offence and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact of completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 16.10.2026 in CRL.MP(MD).No.14686 of 2025 in CRL.OP(MD).No.13319 of 2025 is relaxed in toto.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 16.04.2026 pal 2/4
