ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 9(B)(1)(b) of the Explosives Act in Crime No.243 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the prosecution.

3. Earlier this Court by order, dated 19.07.2018 dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD). No.12273 of 2018. The earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed only taking note of the allegations made against him.

4. Since there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier anticipatory bail petition and that the petitioner is having previous case in similar nature of offences, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
